Prayer Request

Please pray for me concerning rest.  This is the third night that I have been unable to sleep which might explain why I’m posting this at 1:30 in the morning…..I’ve only gotten a few hours of sleep per night, and it’s pretty discouraging especially when I feel so tired physically.  I have no idea what the cause is, because I’m not taking any medicine anymore and I thought I was doing a lot better.  Thank you for your prayers…..

    I am having serious trouble sleeping these days too! I know exactly how frustrating it is. I went to bed last night at 11:30 and was still awake at 3:30! AGH! I am praying that we both find solutions!!! and rest!!!

    martha marie, i hope you are sleeping better since you posted this. some verses my mom showed me when i was growing up: psalm 4:4, “meditate in your heart upon your bed, and be still.” psalm 4:8, “in peace i will both lie down and sleep, for You alone, o Lord, make me to dwell in safety.”
