    Delegation, for sure! If I didn’t delegate, I’d hardly ever finish a task….plus, it teaches children responsibility and duty. Besides, they’ll have to do it one day, anyway!

    This is great, exactly what you should do…encourage them when they want to and then just never let them quit! You’re great parents! Ask Alicia how she started doing her own laundry? :-)
